AstroLagnam provides AI-guided Vedic-astrology conversations and guided devotional poojas, delivered by AI avatars over live audio/video. It is a technology service for reflection and spiritual practice, see the AI & Astrology Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

You must be at least 18, or use AstroLagnam with a parent/guardian. You agree to provide accurate birth details (they only affect the quality of your own reading) and to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Consultations and poojas are delivered live and depend on your device, network and our upstream providers. We aim for every session to complete smoothly; when a paid session fails for technical reasons on our side, our Refund Policy applies. Guided poojas are devotional experiences you perform yourself at home, you are responsible for performing physical steps (lamps, incense, offerings) safely.

Prices are shown up front in your local currency (₹, $ or €) before you begin, flat, per-session, with no hidden per-minute meter. Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials. Taxes (e.g. GST) are included or shown at checkout as applicable.

Please don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the platform, no impersonation, and no re-selling of sessions or recordings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its providers.

You own what you tell us. So that a guru can serve you like a family astrologer, we keep a short private memory of your consultations (see Privacy & Your Data). You can ask us to delete it at any time.

The platform, avatars, voices and interface are ours or our licensors'. Traditional mantras are part of humanity's shared heritage, our recordings and renderings of them are ours; the mantras themselves belong to everyone.

AstroLagnam is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, though we'd much rather resolve anything directly with you first.
