Refund Policy

Devotion should never feel like a gamble. Our pricing is flat and shown before you pay, and our refund promise is simple and honest.

If a session fails, you don't pay for it

If a paid pooja or consultation fails for technical reasons on our side, the avatar never joins, the audio is broken, the session drops before the ritual meaningfully begins, we will re-run the session free or refund you in full, your choice. Just write to us within 7 days with the approximate time of the session.

First-session satisfaction guarantee

If your first paid session on AstroLagnam genuinely disappointed you, tell us within 48 hours and we'll refund it, no interrogation. We ask for a line or two about what fell short so we can fix it. (This guarantee applies once per person; we trust you to use it fairly.)

What isn't refundable

Because sessions are delivered live and in full, we can't refund a completed session simply because the guidance wasn't what you hoped to hear, or because an astrological outcome didn't materialise, no one can honestly guarantee outcomes, and we never charge on that basis. Partial dissatisfaction with a completed multi-step pooja is handled case-by-case; write to us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe or Razorpay, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We don't issue "wallet-only" refunds, if you prefer a credit for a future session instead of a refund, that's your choice, not a condition.

How to ask

Email support@astrolagnam.app from the address you'd like us to reply to, with the session date/time and (if you have it) your payment reference (Stripe receipt or Razorpay payment id). We reply within 2 business days.
